Kenneth M. “Ken” Piontkowski, 54, of Omaha, entered into eternal life after a long struggle with alcohol addiction, on Friday, Aug. 17, 2018, at Reseda, CA.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 Tuesday at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in St. Paul. The Rev. Richard L. Piontkowski will celebrate the Mass. Inurnment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Loup City, following a luncheon.
The family will receive guests one hour prior to the Mass at the church.

Ken was born on Dec. 24, 1963, at Omaha, the son of Dennis L. and Bonnie L. (Smedra) Piontkowski. Ken grew up in Omaha where he graduated from Ralston High School in 1982.
He is survived by his loving parents, Dennis and Bonnie of Bennington; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Marcia of Perry, KS and Jim and Deb of Bennington; son, John of Papillion; granddaughter, Elliana of Omaha; and a very special friend, Jan Bogatz of Omaha.
Ken was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cash and Clara (Slobaszewski) Piontkowski and Harry and Sally Ann (Kaminski) Smedra.
