Runge on April 14, 1959, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Farwell. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann of Farwell; five daughters and sons-in-law, Theresa and Steve Bader of Palmer, Lori and Tim Fredrick of Palmer, Connie Jo and Francis Beck of St. Paul, Joani and Bryan Stanczyk of Ashton and Michele and Doug Oeltjen of St. Paul; one son and daughter-in-law, Nick and Pam Jerabek of Farwell; one brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Marge Jerabek of Farwell; and two sisters, Odelia Rogers of Davenport, Iowa and Virginia Hansen of Hartington. He then returned to Farwell to farm. He and Jo Ann farmed and raised livestock on their farm west of Farwell, their entire married life. Aaron was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church of Farwell, Carl Mogensen American Legion Post 119 and Knights of Columbus Council No. 1918, both of St. Paul. Aaron loved planting his crops in the Spring and harvesting them in the Fall. He was a man of the land. He enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler, listening to polka music on the Molly B Show and he also took great pride in his lawn. Aaron was greeted in heaven by his parents; and his beloved daughter, Brenda Kolar and grandson, Jonathan Jerabek. Memorials are suggested to St. Anthony's Cemetery Fund, Sts. Peter & Paul New Parish Hall Fund or Howard County Medical Center Equipment Fund.
